How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are custom-made and processed within 10–12 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within Australia.

Can I see my design before it’s made?
Yes, for certain products we will send you a design preview for approval before production.

What kind of photos should I upload?
For best results, upload clear, high-quality images. Avoid blurry or low-resolution photos.

Can I add text to my design?
Yes, you can include names, dates, or a message. Simply let us know your preferences when placing your order.

Can I return a personalised item?
We accept returns within 14 days for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in original condition. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.

Do you offer shipping Australia-wide?
Yes, we currently ship within Australia only.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in Bentleigh East (VIC 3165). The exact address will be provided after your order is ready.

What happens after I upload my photo?
Once your order is placed, we create your design. If required, we will send you a preview for approval before production.

What if I upload the wrong photo or details?
Please contact us as soon as possible at personalgift2000@gmail.com. If production has not started, we will do our best to update your order.

Can I request changes after placing my order?
Yes, you can request changes before production begins. However, once your order is in production, changes can not be made.
