Returns on all items are accepted for 14 days.

The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order, including personalised items.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised Items

As our products are custom-made and personalised, we kindly ask customers to carefully review their order and any design approvals before purchase.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be approved before sending back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
