All orders are custom-made and processed within 10–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For personalised designs requiring approval, production will begin once the design has been confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are typically 3–7 business days within Australia.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • Flat-rate shipping of $9.95 per order

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Bentleigh East (VIC 3165).
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
The exact pickup address will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver your order on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
